In 1930-1937, the Czech Eskompt Bank had the Na Příkopě 969/33 building constructed based on a design by architects Karel Jaray, Rudolf Hildebrant, Alexander Neumann, Ernest von Gotthilf, and Josef Sakař. Since 1958, it has been recognized as a protected monument by the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic. Throughout its existence, the building functioned as a banking house.

Marani Architects was commissioned to bring it up to modern standards. The upper floors are being transformed into cutting-edge office space, while the underground floors and ground floor will be used for extensive retail space. Despite its location in a highly protected heritage area of Prague, Marani Architects was able to secure a building permit for the project in 2020.

Currently, the project has been executed and discussions with the tenants are ongoing.

My role:
-Preparing execution drawings in Revit.
-Site visits for measurements and drawings coordination.
-Producing the 3D models, renderings, and presentations for the three main lobbies of the building and typical floor toilets for client meetings.
-Designing the underground spaces and functions, Retail Area, European Experience Center, and Wine Bar.
-Responsible for the marketing deliverables for the S+B marketing team.
-Managing, troubleshooting, auditing, and maintenance of the Central Model in Revit.
